Hello everyone! Welcome back!  🤩 👀 For today, we will continue with the last part of the Multiple Intelligences presentations🥳. I am currently still at the interpreting activity I mentioned a few days ago, so sadly, I wasn't able to see them myself😢, but thanks to my classmate Dani, I have some notes, so here is a little bit of that 😋. Intrapersonal Intelligence 💗 💌 . This intelligence is all about self-reflection💆🏻‍♀️. Here, you are aware of all your strengths, weaknesses, feelings, and emotions.  This intelligence has many benefits, such as trying new things, having personal growth, being able to reflect and evaluate your feelings, and having a lot of compassion❤️. Some of the characteristics that people with this intelligence have are: highly intuitive, independent, and good at identifying their own emotions. People with this intelligence are most likely to like journaling and meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️ ✍🏼 .  Naturalist Intelligence 🌻 🌱 . This was recognized ...

Another week, another entry! Welcome back!  👀 🤩 For today, I'm going to keep talking about our last topic, which was... Multiple Intelligences  🥳🥳. So, for this week, we had to do presentations. There were different groups and each one of them had a type of intelligence that needed to be talked about. We were asked to do a powerpoint presentation and also, make a little dynamic so the intelligence type could be put into practice in the class😮. But sadly, something bittersweet happened to me☹️. Nathaly and I had the opportunity to go and be interpreters for a wheelchair distribution organized by JoniAndFriends. I say bittersweet because it's an amazing opportunity for us🤩, but it made me sad because I knew I was going to miss all of the presentations, and it was a topic that made me really excited😭. What a bummer. But luckily our friend Dani was able to help us out, and she sent us some pictures and mention a little bit about what they did in the presentations💗, so here...

Hello there, good day!! 🌻 💚 I hope you are doing well today❤️. Today we are back once again and I bring you a topic that makes me really really reaaaallyyy excited, and that is...  Multiple Intelligences 💭. The reason why I tell you that this topic makes me excited is because I already knew a little bit about it 🤫 . I'm someone who loves to read a lot, and some of my favorite things to read are related to psychology, so I remember a while back reading about this topic and finding it so interesting. I am also someone who loves to "categorize" things or see in which category I belong 😅 , for example, the zodiac signs, type of personality, love language, etc. So for sure when I first read about this, I had to take a test and see in which category I was haha 😂 . So first things first, what are multiple intelligences? 🤔 Multiple intelligences is a theory started in 1983 by psychologist Howard Gardner. This theory suggests that human intelligence can be differentiated i...

Hello everyone! 🤩 💖  After a few days, it's nice to have you back on here✨. Today we start period 2! So that means new topics and new entries, yay! 🥳 🥳 Today I will tell you a little bit about Collaborative Approach 👬🏻 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 . The Collaborative Approach is all about working together with your tribe on different activities, this can be separate tasks that contribute to a common outcome or a shared task. The Collaborative Approach is usually divided into three different groups. Community Language Learning: As we mentioned in one of the last entries, here you need your tribe to learn🐺🐺🐺, nothing is usually prepared so you just go with the flow. You can do different activities such as having the students record a conversation which later you can use to analyze it and teach from there.  Task-Based Learning: Here is where group work evolves to teamwork 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 , and where taking small steps make you achieve objects that you have set. A difference between th...

Hello, welcome to my last entry...of the register haha 😂 🌝 . In today's class, we didn't learn about any new method, instead, we did some quick presentations and had our first short quiz for this class😬. Last class, we were all divided into groups to make posters, every single group had a different method as a topic, me and my group got TPR. I was really excited to get this method because it has been my favorite overall🥳 so it was very fun and easy to work on our poster and mini-expo.  Here's a picture of our group explaining our topic to the class 👇🏻 . And here are some other photos of my classmates' presentations 👇🏻 .                    Everyone did amazing in their presentations🤩, and it was really helpful because after that we had our quiz about the methods we had learned so far. I personally think I did good on the quiz (at least I hope so) so now, we just have to wait and see🤞🏻! This will be all for this entr...
