Voice Projection 🗣️💬.

 Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! 😁💖

This week we talked about Voice Projection🗣️, and had really fun and dynamic classes.

You might be wondering, why voice projection? Well, let me tell you that this is very important if you plan to become a teacher because you will be doing a lot of talking with large groups, so you need to be able to transmit all your ideas in a clear way, basically, we need to learn how to use our voice as an instrument🤓.

We started our class by watching some youtube videos that talked about how to manage our voices, and we were also asked to make space in the classroom because we were going to be moving around🫣.

Then, we started doing a few exercises in pairs, I paired up with María which was a little bit difficult because that day she was sick and wasn't able to speak😅. So basically, I had to have a conversation with her while she replied with signs or gestures😂. We did different dynamics such as having a conversation while moving far from each other, with a pencil in our mouth and even jogging😳.

      

To continue, we started to practice how to imitate different voices, teacher Orlando provide us with a text and we had to read it in the different types of voices. Here's a picture of my group and a video of Josh doing his best at reading the text!

                               

As we all kept trying to imitate all of the types of voices, Nidia (who is one of our classmates that works as a radio station host😯) and teacher Orlando went to check all of the groups, and Nidia gave some tips so we could all improve🤩.

When we were done with that part, Nidia, who as I mentioned, works at the radio📻. Gave us a quick talk on how to get better at our voice projection, and why this was important. She also had some exercises for some of us to try👀.

This was such a great class🤩, I had so much fun and learned a lot from all of it. It was also very interesting to hear what Nidia said since she is a professional and very well-spoken! ☝🏼
