Community Language Learning👥.

 Hello there! Welcome back 🌼✨

So, this is our last method (of the first register at least) but this doesn't mean that it is not important, today we will talk about, Community Language Learning🌱. 

The CLL method was created by Charles Curran, and as the name mentions, the purpose of this one is to work as a community. In this, you basically need to learn with and from your classmates, as our teacher says: "my tribe backs me up."🐺🐺🐺

This method offers a non-threatening environment to express yourself since you will probably feel confident or secure with your classmates🫂. Here, everything flows naturally so there's no need of having a lot of preparation✨. To practice this, we had to discuss in several groups one thing we had in common (we decided to talk about the zodiac), we had to record ourselves and later on, we had to use our conversation to teach something, this could be pronunciation, grammatical structures, etc.

Speaking is the main focus of this method and you can also use authentic material to practice (ex. podcasts). 📻

Another activity we started doing in this class, was preparing a poster for a future presentation. Here we worked as a group and put into practice some cooperative learning. Here are some pictures of us working on our poster😎.
